Terms and Conditions

Please review this entire page carefully before scheduling an appointment.

General Terms

I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 16. From 16 to 17 years old only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please bring a valid ID card with you.

A deposit is required to make/schedule a tattoo appointment.

A deposit will never be refunded, but will remain in case of rescheduling the appointment (promptly, at least 5 days in advance).

If you are unable to attend your appointment (due to any reason whatsoever), please make sure to reschedule at least 5 days in advance by email, Instagram DM or whatsapp to keep your deposit.

If you reschedule within 5 days or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be paid to make a new appointment.

Sascha Handpoked is not liable for damages of any kind. You are aware of the risks of getting a tattoo given with the consent form.

Arrival time and late arrival:

a. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This gives us time to fill out the required forms and ensures that we can begin your tattoo session on time.

b. If you think you will be late on the day of the appointment, please let me know ASAP via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

c. If you arrive late (for any reason), please understand that your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid interfering with the next client’s appointment. If you’re less than 30 minutes late, your appointment can probably still go ahead, but please let me know.

d. If you’re 30 minutes or more late, there’s still a chance your appointment could continue, but please discuss this with me as soon as possible. If this is possible, please note that there may be an additional charge.

e. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your session will need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit will be required to confirm the new appointment.

I strive to provide the best service to all my clients, and respecting scheduled appointment times helps maintain a smooth workflow.

Please read the following carefully before attending your appointment:

I prefer working one on one with you on your tattoo. Would you really like to bring someone with you to your appointment? You may bring a maximum of 1 person. This person will take a seat in the waiting room during your session.

Keep in mind that a handpoke tattoo session can take longer than a machine tattoo appointment . Please contact me in advance to get a time indication.

It is important that you do not consume any blood thinning products (also considering alcohol and drugs) at least 3 days before (and 3 days after) your appointment.

Prior to your session, you will need to sign a consent form on location.

After the tattoo session, you can pay the remaining amount via QR payment request transfer (mobile, Ideal) or pay in cash.

Getting your tattoo touched up.

If necessary, I will touch up your tattoos ( done by me) for free within 3 months after the session. For this, please do contact me ahead of time. If the appointment is later than 3 months, there is a reduced fee for touch-ups.

For tattoos on placements such as the neck, hands, feet and ribs, I do not offer free touch-up session. For the first touch-up session, which takes place within 3 months of session, I charge a reduced rate (this price depends on the tattoo size, feel free to ask).

No deposit is required for scheduling a free touch-up appointment, but please note that if you do not reschedule the touch-up appointment within 3 days prior to the appointment, your right to a free tattoo touch-up will be forfeited. A reduced fee will then be charged when making a new appointment.
